This page explains what data this site collects, what it is for and how to exercise your rights. We collect the minimum needed to run accounts, subscriptions and bookings.
What data we collect
When you create an account, the e-mail address and the password you choose. When you subscribe or book, the records the server keeps: the intention, the offer, the share, the point movements and the state of each request. If you write to us, your message and reply address.
What they are for
To run your account and session, to process subscriptions, bookings and point balances, and to answer your requests. We do not use the data for advertising and we do not sell it.
Cookies
The site only uses the cookies needed for the authenticated session. It does not set advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.
Payments
There is no online payment. We do not collect card details. The deposit is transferred by bank, with the reference the system issues; the IBAN shown is the developer's.
Sharing of data
Data is not sold nor shared for marketing. Authentication and the database run on a technical service contracted for the purpose, with access limited to what is needed. Where law or contract requires it, data may be disclosed to the competent authorities.
Retention
Account data is kept while the account exists. Subscription, booking and movement records are kept for the life of the contract and the applicable legal period.
Your rights
You may ask for access to your data, its rectification, its erasure or the closure of the account, by writing to contacto@saudade.st. Records required by the Estate Regulation or by law are not erased.

The data controller is the developer of Roça Saudade, whose legal name and registered office will be published on the legal notice page once set. Contact: contacto@saudade.st. The law of São Tomé and Príncipe applies.
