These terms govern the use of this site. They do not govern subscriptions or bookings: those are subject to the Estate Regulation and to the signed contract.
Scope
This site is informative. It presents Roça Saudade, its master plan, the share model and supporting information. By browsing the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
Use of the site
The site is used for information and for the services it offers: creating an account, subscribing to a share, booking with points and reading the content. You may not try to access other users' data, interfere with the running of the site, or use automation to book shares to the detriment of other holders.
Site content
The content is informative. It is not a public offer, a contractual proposal or a promise. Prices and point allowances shown are placeholder values, to be set by the developer; what prevails is what the server confirms at the time of subscription. Environmental information only states what has been measured and verified.
Account
Subscribing or booking requires an authenticated account. The holder is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided and for keeping the password safe. The server is the authority on point balances and on the state of each share: what the site shows locally is indicative only.
Subscriptions and bookings
Subscribing to a share and booking accommodation are done through an authenticated account. Submission issues a reference and holds the share for fourteen days, awaiting confirmation of the deposit; there is no online payment. The definitive conditions are those of the Estate Regulation and of the signed contract, not those of this site.
Rights over the content
The texts, the mark and the images on this site belong to the developer of Roça Saudade or to their authors. They may be read and shared by linking to the site; they may not be copied for commercial use without permission. The Biosphere Reserve designation belongs to the territory, not to the development.
Liability
The site is provided “as is”. Efforts are made to keep the information up to date and the service available, without a guarantee that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the site.
Changes
These terms may change. The version in force is the one published on this page. Changes do not affect contracts already signed.
Governing law and jurisdiction
